Is This My Life? is both a literal and a curious question. In our time together, we will explore how unconscious ancestral connections (including with parents, our closest ancestors) may be shaping life today. Out of our awareness but taking up residence in the body and spirit, the events of the past are often hidden obstacles moving forward.

Together, we will step into one another's lineages to locate where life-force may have gotten stuck and to find new possibilities for greater freedom. Family Constellation is a deeply collaborative approach in which participants have myriad opportunities to gain insight from every piece of work. In our time together, we'll create a tapestry of rugged optimism as we stand more peacefully, more sturdily, and more confidently to welcome the future.
